However, the hotel significantly misrepresents its airport shuttle service. despite advertising it broadly, I encountered issues when needing a pickup and was left to walk in extreme heat. Additionally, the misinformation regarding shuttle availability and lack of management presence only added to my frustration.

The hotel is conveniently located near great shopping at SanTan Village, and the staff were extremely helpful, especially with our kids. The bistro had delicious food options, perfect for a family meal after a long day of exploring.
